We created a section were we could test the user interactions with our home page.
Using Posthog tool, we kept track of user interactions on our home page.
We executed our statistics collection, by adding events on the following actions:
▪️ Default actions registered by Posthog
▪️ Clicking the Subscribe button
▪️ Clicking the Register button
After our marketing campaign, we got the following statistics:
In the picture below, "incepe" means the action of pressing the "Abonează-te" button.
Overview of Statistics
▫️ A total of 27 persons accessed the homepage
▫️ 17 persons decided to leave the homepage immediately without doing any action
▫️ From the remaining 10 persons, a total of 4 pressed the subscribe button
▫️ From these 4 persons, there was 1 case where the person also pressed the register button.
We performed our marketing campaign on three platforms and these were the results:
1. Reddit:
- we created our post, but because of communities restrictions, it got deleted, so there were no statistics from Reddit.
2. Facebook:
- we pivoted to Facebook, but encountered the same problems. In the end only one post did not get deleted.
3. WhatsApp:
- here we got the most success by promoting our home page on different social groups.
